Hello!
I started this last year, and let it fall into a black hole - so I'm back again (bigger and better, of course) to rejig Eat N Speak!
I have been thinking about beginning this blog for weeks - and finally I've had an oppurtunity to sit down, and work out the nuts and bolts.
Basically, in the last 3 years I have developed a love affair with food, hospitality, and the spaces that encase it.
I have been using Urbanspoon, quite obsessively - my posts started getting longer, more elaborate so I thought I'd begin a blog.
I'll start by blogging about my most recent eating out experiences that I have already posted on Urbanspoon, and then move forward from there.
